Board Members

The One Arrow Foundation board is comprised of executive leaders in behavioral health, business strategy and community service. Their shared commitment is service.

Jason Lennox

CEO, One Arrow Group
OAF Board President

After losing his father at 39 with no support system in place, Jason spent years navigating mental health struggles and addiction before finding his way through recovery — and he knew he couldn't keep that path to himself. The One Arrow Foundation exists because every person deserves access to the tools, community, and hope that changed his life.

Jeanne M. Stafford

Leadership Coach & Facilitator

Jeanne believes that care, when paired with decisive action, saves lives. She believes deeply in our capacity to rise toward what we are for and to use today's tools to create real pathways back to hope. Recovery is possible and powerful when good people commit to it together.

Karen T.

Speaker & Author

The mission of OAF is near and dear to Karen's heart. Having lost all three of her children, one to a drug overdose, her passion is to bring a spotlight to mental health and addiction. A public speaker and author, Karen wants to help families and communities navigate addiction, grief and the hard truths of parenting and life.

Mike Beltowsky

VP of Program Development
Horowitz Integrated Services
OAF Board Treasurer

Mike is honored to be a part of OAF because he believes that raising both funds and awareness for treatment and long-term recovery is one of the most powerful ways to reduce stigma, expand access to care, and stand publicly with individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders.

Melissa Mikkonen

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Melissa is passionate about supporting the destigmatization of substance use and supporting the recovery community. Her own family connection to addiction, recovery, and mental health is why she's dedicated her professional career to whole health.

Luke Wendlandt

Founder, Cadre, Mental Health Social Platform

Luke works every day to amplify the importance of mental health, resilience, and the need for better behavioral health infrastructure in life and business. His mission is to make the world a better place every single day, and serving brings him life energy!

May Diddy
